We are looking for two high performing Assistant Directors:

Assistant Director Finance

This role will focus on modernising our finance function and the planning and allocation of resources around need and priorities, aligned to our new operating model and council plan.

Assistant Director Communities

This role will focus on the strategy and commissioning for significant areas of council business including: economic development, place-shaping, transport and highways, community safety and waste management.

Both roles offer the opportunity to do things differently and push traditional boundaries. If you have transformational leadership experience and the desire to make a real impact in Warwickshire, we would like to hear from you.
